About Dakota
School Therapy Dog
Dakota is one of Voyageurs Expeditionary School’s two beloved emotional support dogs and is now starting his third year with us! Even though his physical appearance changed a little last year, his big heart hasn’t—he still loves connecting with students at VES.
His favorite part of his job? The endless pets and snuggles, of course! Dakota also enjoys going outside, taking walks to the park, and greeting everyone with his wagging tail. When he’s off duty, you can usually find Dakota swimming or fishing.
